Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus—but we're willing to train the right candidate.
Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
Reliable attendance and a positive, team-first attitude.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

Safely operate specialized equipment used to wash BK Filters.
Load and unload filters while maintaining an efficient workflow.
Inspect filters before and after washing to ensure they meet quality standards.
Monitor equipment performance and report any maintenance or operational concerns.
Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe.
Follow all company safety procedures and production processes.
Complete production records and required documentation.
Assist with other production and warehouse tasks as needed.
