About The Position

We are seeking team members who share our passion for holistic wellness and top tier customer experience to join Nature's Fare Markets in our upcoming Chilliwack location! Store Opening July 2026 - this is a fantastic opportunity for motivated, fun, friendly folks who share your passion for people and wellness. In our Bistro, we are passionately creating delicious food made with carefully chosen organic, local sustainable ingredients: fresh produce, ethically raised and grass-fed meat and dairy, and products without additives or preservatives. Our customers love our fresh juices and smoothies, gourmet sandwiches and wraps, salads, hearty soups, entrées and an array of baked goods. And, of course, we offer tasty options for a variety of food preferences including vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free and paleo diets. This opportunity is not suitable for students returning to school in September. It is a full time regular role requiring availability of 32 -40 hour per week year round.

Requirements

Service minded with experience working in a vibrant customer service environment.
Passionate about food and sharing your favourite “go-to” items

Available to work AM/PM, weekdays and weekends 32 - 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

Give a warm “hello!” to our customers as they enter the department – we like building connections with our new and regular customers and sharing a laugh along the way.
Assist customers with questions they may have about products we and give suggestions based on their needs (don’t worry, we will train you on this!)
Work with your team to stock displays throughout the day so it is easily accessible for customers when they need it.
Use your creativity and eye for detail to make attractive and organized displays.
Learn about new products and featured products that are on sale through Nature’s Fare’s flyers and magazines.
In other words, you will help others, share your knowledge on our amazing products, be safe, be a great team player and have fun!
