About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to join our team in a fast casual dining and bar environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage shifts while maintaining inventory control and operational efficiency.

Requirements

Proven experience in supervising staff within a casual dining or restaurant setting.
Strong knowledge of shift management practices and techniques.
Familiarity with inventory control systems and procedures.
Excellent interviewing skills with the ability to assess potential candidates effectively.
Understanding of kitchen operations and restaurant management principles.
Proficient in cash handling procedures and financial transactions.
Ability to provide help and support to team members while fostering a positive work environment.

Nice To Haves

Experience in banquet management is a plus.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily restaurant and bar operations to ensure smooth functioning and adherence to company standards.
Manage shift schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels for peak service times.
Oversee inventory control, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels to minimize waste.
Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process for new team members.
Train and mentor staff on best practices in customer service, cash handling, and Bistro operations.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, providing solutions as needed.
Assist with banquet preparations and execution, ensuring all events run smoothly.
Collaborate with management to implement policies and procedures that enhance operational efficiency.
