About The Position

Join us at Courtyard by Marriott Littleton, MA hotel. We are excited to add new members to our team. We are looking for a Full Time Bistro Supervisor to supervise Food preparation at our hotel Bistro. Our Hotel Bistro is our property restaurant that serves food & drinks both AM & PM hours. Courtyard by Marriott Littleton, MA hotel is currently looking for an organized candidate with great communication skills to ensure quality & consistency relating to food served in our Bistro. The ideal candidate will be a team player and be familiar with working in a kitchen.

Responsibilities

Assists in the kitchen prepping food, cooking, and washing dishes as needed.
Sets up the front Bar according checklist
Prepares and serves food, coffee, and other beverages, including alcohol
Takes orders from customers, inputs orders, obtains payment and provides change.
Ensures food is properly stored and secured upon closing.
Ensures functions are executed according to guidelines provided
Attends weekly department meetings & department staff meetings are held monthly.

Keeps up to date
