Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in food service is advantageous.
Demonstrated experience with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
Exceptional ability to manage time effectively and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent skills for engaging with guests and collaborating with team members seamlessly.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and take orders efficiently.
Engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere.
Handle complaints or concerns professionally.
Monitor customer alcohol consumption and intervene when necessary.
Process payments via cash, credit card, or POS system.
Manage tabs and ensure accurate billing.
Keep track of inventory levels and report shortages.
Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and simple menu items according to brand standards.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the Bistro, dining area, beverage stations, and back-of-house areas.
Restock food, beverages, paper goods, and supplies throughout the shift.
Maintain food quality, presentation, and proper serving temperatures.
