About The Position

At The Little Gym, we don’t just host birthday parties—we create Awesome Birthday Bash experiences that families remember forever. We’re looking for an energetic, organized, and outgoing team member to lead and host weekend birthday parties. This is a part-time role with weekend hours that are based on party bookings, so shifts can vary from week to week. This is not a seasonal or summer-only position. We're looking for team members who are excited to grow with us and become a long-term part of our amazing community. You’re not just “helping” at a party—you’re running the show. From leading games in the gym to guiding the flow of the party, you’re responsible for creating an experience that feels organized, exciting, and completely stress-free for families.

Requirements

• Love working with kids and have BIG, positive energy
• Confident leading groups and speaking in front of both kids and adults
• Can stay organized and keep things running smoothly—even in busy moments
• Think quickly on your feet and adapt when things don’t go exactly as planned
• Dependable, professional, and a strong team player

Nice To Haves

• Hosting, entertainment, or events experience
• Teaching, coaching, or childcare experience
• Dance, gymnastics, cheer, or performance-based activities experience

Responsibilities

• Lead high-energy, structured birthday parties for children of all ages
• Run games, activities, and gym time while keeping kids engaged and having fun
• Take charge of the full party experience—from start to finish
• Create a smooth, stress-free experience for parents
• Adapt to different group sizes, personalities, and energy levels
• Support set-up, transitions, and clean-up to ensure parties run seamlessly
