Birthday Party Host (Saratoga & Wilton)
About The Position
The Saratoga Regional YMCA is hiring Party Hosts and we're excited for you to join our team! In this role, you will provide direct supervision of children attending birthday parties while creating a fun, safe, and welcoming environment for all guests. Party Hosts lead activities, engage with children and families, and ensure parties run smoothly while promoting inclusion, respect, and safety in accordance with YMCA policies and procedures. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with children and are committed to providing a positive and memorable experience for every celebration.
Requirements
- Minimum age of 14 years old; Must be able to furnish working papers.
- 18 years old preferred for leadership and mentoring responsibilities.
- Strong communication, group management, and customer service skills.
Nice To Haves
- Prior childcare experience with children under age 13 years old preferred.
- Current CPR PRO & First Aid certifications preferred.
