About The Position
My Gym Children’s Fitness Center is dedicated to creating 'Moments That Matter' for children from their first steps to their first handstands. We offer structured, noncompetitive, and age-appropriate classes and birthday parties in safe, colorful, and clean environments. Our curriculum is designed to enhance coordination, agility, flexibility, motor skills, and social skills through a variety of fun activities. Our brand promise is to love and nurture all children through meaningful play.
Requirements
- High energy and hustle.
- Background in physical activity (gymnastics, sports, dance, martial arts, general fitness).
- Genuine love for working with children ages 1 to 10 years.
- Positive, coachable attitude.
- Availability to work weekends.
- Availability for shifts 7 days a week (morning, afternoon, and weekends).
Responsibilities
- Host birthday parties.
- Coach children's gymnastics.
- Engage children in fun, safe, and meaningful activities.
- Provide a positive experience for families.
