About The Position

WHAT YOU’LL DO Bring the party to life Support the planning and setup of birthday parties, including confirmation calls, add-ons, and event details Prep party spaces, tables, and supplies so everything is ready before guests arrive Greet guests and escort them to their party area to kick things off Own the guest experience Act as the main point of contact for party hosts (especially parents) during events Check in throughout the party and make real-time adjustments to ensure everything runs smoothly Keep the energy up—help lead celebrations, dessert time, and those all-important birthday moments Lead the team on the floor Guide and support the Party Patrol team during bowling, arcade, laser tag, and other activities Ensure guests understand how to play safely and have a great experience Help train new teammates and support ongoing development for the team Keep things running smoothly Coordinate timing of party activities across departments Enter and manage food and beverage orders and ensure timely delivery Assist with managing party tabs, payments, and confirming deposits Reset and stay organized Help break down and reset party areas quickly for the next group Keep track of paperwork and daily responsibilities Deliver great service using Spare Time’s Code S.E.R.V.E. standards Jump in where needed—this is a team-first, hands-on role WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR 1–2+ years of experience in guest service, hospitality, or events preferred Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable leading groups Organized and able to manage multiple moving parts at once Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-energy environment A team player who’s reliable and ready to jump in WHAT TO EXPECT A fun, fast-paced environment with music, games, and celebrations Working with families, kids, and large groups Being on your feet and active throughout your shift Evening and weekend availability PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 pounds THE FINE PRINT This role includes a variety of responsibilities, and duties may change based on business needs. Flexibility is key.

Requirements

1–2+ years of experience in guest service, hospitality, or events preferred
Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable leading groups
Organized and able to manage multiple moving parts at once
Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
A team player who’s reliable and ready to jump in
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
