Requirements

PhD in the biotechnology field (i.e. Molecular Biology, Immunology, or Genetics), Chemistry, or a related field
Experience drafting and prosecuting domestic and international patent applications
Experience preparing patent opinions specifically in biotechnology or similar technology
Registered to practice before the USPTO
Immediately transferable skills
Strong legal writing and research skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
