About The Position

As a Biotechnologist I, you will help produce life-saving therapeutic proteins in a regulated manufacturing environment. You will work as part of a supportive team while building valuable skills in pharmaceutical manufacturing. This role follows a 12-hour day shift schedule from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM on a rotating schedule of days: two on, two off, three on, two off, two on, three off (repeating cycle).

Comfort working in a hands-on production setting
High school diploma or equivalent required

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment following GMP procedures
Set up and support cleaning processes, including CIP and SIP
Perform basic lab tasks such as monitoring pH, conductivity, and testing samples
Handle and move materials across production areas safely
Complete production and documentation records accurately
Maintain clean, safe, and organized workspaces
Support team activities, meetings, and continuous improvement efforts
