The Center for Innovative Design and Analysis (CIDA) has multiple openings for Biostatistics Operations Program Managers. These positions are intended for individuals with significant experience in biostatistics consultation, research collaboration, and operational leadership. The Biostatistics Operations Program Manager serves a key leadership role in supporting CIDA’s mission to provide high-quality biostatistics, study design, and quantitative research services across the CU Anschutz Medical Campus. This position oversees project intake and triage processes, staffing coordination, resource planning, operational reporting, process improvement initiatives, and quality and service monitoring. Responsibilities include implementing and maintaining standardized workflows to support consulting requests, project management activities, consulting agreements, and budget development. The role may also support large collaborative partnerships by coordinating resources, managing project portfolios, and supervising biostatisticians engaged in collaborative research. The Biostatistics Operations Program Manager works closely with Associate Directors, faculty, research scientists, biostatisticians, analysts, project managers, trainees, and campus collaborators to ensure CIDA’s operational model promotes team science, timely project delivery, financial stewardship, and an exceptional client and collaborator experience.
