This role involves developing and analyzing research data using statistical methods, assisting researchers with study protocols and computer analyses, managing computer systems, writing programs, and providing statistical expertise. The biostatistician will work effectively within a group setting on data collection instruments, study design, database management, statistical programming, data analysis, statistical graphics, and report writing. The primary goal is to work with medical investigators to develop a clear, mutual understanding of the clinical research problem, leading to better-designed studies. This role offers the opportunity to work from home regularly but requires commuting to Emory University on a flexible weekly schedule based on business needs and residency in Georgia.
