In this role, you'll generate sales growth through virtual and digital channels while building strong relationships with customers across academic, biotech, pharma, clinical, and industrial markets. You'll promote and sell our comprehensive portfolio of scientific products and services, using consultative selling skills to understand customer needs and provide optimal solutions. Working in a collaborative environment, you'll develop and execute strategic sales plans, manage customer relationships through our CRM system, and partner with cross-functional teams to achieve business targets. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree plus 2 years of sales and/or laboratory/research experience.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales goals and targets.
  • Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective at working both independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check, which includes a drug screen.

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred Fields of Study: Life Sciences, Biology, Chemistry, or related scientific field.
  • Experience with scientific products/instruments preferred.
  • Foreign language proficiency may be required for certain regions.
