About The Position

Integrated Health 21 (IH21) is a Pittsburgh-based provider of worksite wellness screenings and health events. We partner with employers throughout the region and across the country to bring convenient health screenings directly to employees at their workplaces.

Requirements

• CPR/BLS certification is required within 90 days of hire
• Comfortable interacting professionally with employees in a corporate setting
• Detail-oriented and able to follow established screening protocols
• Reliable and able to arrive on time for scheduled events

Nice To Haves

• Students studying: Exercise Physiology, Exercise Science, Health & Physical Activity, Pre-Health, Rehabilitation Science, Nursing, Other Health-Related Fields
• Interested in preventive health, exercise physiology, corporate wellness, or patient-facing healthcare

Responsibilities

• Welcoming participants and guiding them through the screening process
• Measuring height and weight
• Measuring resting blood pressure
• Performing fingerstick capillary blood collection
• Using Cholestech LDX and/or CardioChek equipment to measure cholesterol and glucose
• Recording screening results accurately using tablets or paper forms
• Helping participants understand the screening process
• Maintaining participant privacy and confidentiality
• Following infection-control and safety procedures
• Assisting with event setup and breakdown
