About The Position
The Biomedical Technician maintains clinical equipment through the effective use of the Medical Equipment Management Plan. Performs a variety of routine tasks associated with the installation, maintenance, calibration and repair of a limited scope of biomedical equipment under the guidance and direct supervision of an experienced Biomedical Engineer/professional.
Requirements
- Associates degree, military training, or academic work with AAMI’s core Competencies for the Biomedical Equipment Technican.
- Three – Five years experience as a Biomedical Technician
