About The Position

The Biomedical Technician I ensures critical medical equipment is safe, accurate, and ready for clinicians. The role repairs, calibrates, and verifies devices so hospitals can rely on their readings and results; responds to service requests and provides technical support to clinical staff; and maintains an accurate, compliant, audit-ready equipment database. The position offers early responsibility, mentorship, ongoing training and education, and opportunities for career growth and promotion. Travel may be required as needed.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed.
• A two-year technical/electronics degree, equivalent experience, or TRIMEDX Trained Certification/biomedical certification program.

Nice To Haves

• At least three months of experience working with biomedical equipment in a clinical engineering environment is preferred.
