About The Position
Jobs in this group are typically responsible for managing the university’s technology infrastructure and services. They handle system maintenance, support, and cybersecurity to ensure technology resources are reliable and secure. These roles are responsible for providing hands-on technical support, including the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment for a school, unit or department. They often work in the field, troubleshooting and resolving issues with hardware, networking, and other technical systems. Spends majority of time in the delivery of support services or activities, typically under supervision. Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- 2+ years relevant experience required.
- May require Valid Virginia Driver’s License as specified by position.
