About The Position

The Biomed Customer Project Manager will provide dedicated project oversight and operational leadership for Philips’ medical device service management. Your role: Collaborates closely with customer and vendor project managers to ensure that all project deliverables are aligned with customer expectations, reviewing project plans and providing input to optimize project outcomes. Acts as the primary contact point for project related communication and information flow between Philips and Prisma at all hospital and organizational levels. Works under general supervision and established processes, utilizing independent judgment to navigate and adhere to operational policies, ensuring compliance and optimal performance. Serves as a technical and operational liaison between the customer and internal teams, addressing moderately complex inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Analyzes project data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations that support project goals, contributing to continuous improvement in project execution and customer value delivery. Collaborates with cross-functional teams, ensuring that all team members are aligned with project objectives, deadlines, and customer requirements, leading to effective coordination between all entities. Provides support during pre-sale activities, helping to scope solutions that meet customer needs and ensuring the feasibility of proposed project plans, with a clear path to successful implementation. Participates in the integration and installation of products, services, and solutions at customer sites, ensuring that all technical and operational requirements are met and that customers are fully supported throughout the process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree/ Vocational Education in Engineering, Science or equivalent experience.
  • Six or more years of Biomed equipment experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to work across clinical and non-clinical environments.
  • Experience partnering with senior leaders and program managers.
  • Problem-solving in complex, ambiguous environments and strategic thinking with execution focus
  • Demonstrated experience in successful relationship management with individuals of various backgrounds and organizational levels.
  • Effective customer service, problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position .
