About The Position

This position is for a Biology Student Teaching Assistant in the Biology department. The TA will be responsible for assisting students enrolled in the lab course, performing general computer tasks, and conducting lab cleanup and breakdown after each lab session. The ideal candidate must have successfully completed the lab course they will be TAing for and be approved by the professor teaching the course. Key attributes include the ability to work well with others, courtesy, dependability, and punctuality.

Requirements

• Must work well with others.
• Willing to assist students enrolled in the lab course.
• General computer knowledge.
• Must have taken and completed the course that the student will be a TA for.
• Must be approved by the professor teaching the lab course.
• Must be courteous, dependable and shows up to lab on time.
