About The Position

The Biologist will be responsible for maintaining and expanding various cell lines, performing and troubleshooting cell-based assays, and optimizing protocols. This role involves working with human whole blood and primary cells, including their isolation, culture, and use in downstream assays. The Biologist will also provide automation support and data analysis for high-throughput in-vitro assays using liquid handlers. Collaboration with other scientists and engineers is key to ensuring and continuously improving the quality and efficiency of the tissue culture and automation processes.

Requirements

• Experience in tissue culture with mammalian cells.
• Experience in using automation platforms, such as Tecan, Hamilton, or Beckman Coulter.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, such as Excel, R, or Python.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

• At least one year of experience in tissue culture with mammalian cells preferred.
• Experience with automation platforms preferred.
