About The Position
This role is with a mid-sized GP firm ranked National "Tier 1" in Patent Law. The firm is very active in representing both patent owners and petitioners at the PTAB, and complainants at the ITC. They also have a busy Patent Prosecution practice with cutting-edge clients, primarily medium to large companies.
Requirements
- Registered with the USPTO
- Prior patent prosecution experience
- Highly detail-oriented
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in technical writing
- For Attorney candidates, admission (or qualification for admission) to the state bar corresponding to the primary office location is required.
Nice To Haves
- Strong educational and/or industry experience in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Artificial Intelligence, or a closely related field.
- Advanced degree (MS or PhD) preferred.
- High level of familiarity and practical experience in both the software and biological fields.
