About The Position

This project will look at immune aging in patients with benign and malignant plasma cell disorders (MGUS, smoldering myeloma and multiple myeloma). In the first instance the project will analyze a large database of serum proteomic data to determine the immune age of cases compared to age matched normal controls using novel bioinformatic approaches. Later analyses may include genomic and epigenomic characterization of lesions that are critical to the development of precursor conditions.
