This role is in a high-throughput lab setting with repetitive tasks, requiring strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills. The position involves effective communication and interpersonal skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The candidate must be self-motivated, adaptable, and maintain a positive attitude, with the ability to learn new techniques, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies. Cell coverage may be required 24 hours a day as necessary.
Requirements
- Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills
- Effective communication & interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with internal and external clients, self‑motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude
- Ability to learn new techniques, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
Nice To Haves
- Experience with cell biology skills such as cell counting, and cell banking
Responsibilities
- Able to work in a high through-put lab setting with repetitive tasks such as pipetting skills
- Experience with cell biology skills such as cell counting, and cell banking is a plus
- Experience with Cell based Bioassay methods and Cell Cultures
- Laboratory experience in GMP QC Laboratory environment
- May be required to provide 24 hour cell coverage, as necessary.
