This position will cover Laboratory Diagnostic Manufacturing. The primary roles of this individual are to provide Technician support in the Reagents work center. Provide updates on ongoing builds. Candidate must demonstrate ability to understand formulation processes; work with processes and equipment; detailed written documentation of work; ability to work well with others. 2nd Shift Hours: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM, Monday–Friday, with an additional 10% shift differential. This position includes the handling of all types of materials, including hazardous and DEA (Drug Enforcement Agency) controlled materials. Occasional off-shift work may be required

Requirements

BS/BA in related discipline, or advanced degree, where required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
0-2 years of lab experience
Excellent organization and time management skills
Excellent laboratory technique
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Must have legible handwriting
Ability to work individually and in a team setting.
Must pass a Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) background check.

Responsibilities

Quality Notification support
Support the review and updating of manufacturing procedures
Drive Continuous Improvement activities.
Problem solving – Has a working knowledge of available tools related to job function.
Incorporate the different databases, applications, personal knowledge, and individual experiences to efficiently support batch record completion.
Help to reach department goals and objectives through collaboration and influence.
