Biobanking Technician (Temporary Assignment)
About The Position
This is a great entry-level role for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic scientific environment. In this role, you’ll be part of the team that supports critical operations in kitting, shipping, sterilization, and cryogenics. You’ll learn how to use cutting-edge tracking systems (LIMS and BLITS), assist with biospecimen storage and retrieval from liquid nitrogen tanks and freezers, help prepare kits and fulfill internal and external orders, and support lab operations through equipment maintenance and daily work order delivery. Our client will provide full training and mentorship, making this an ideal role for recent graduates who want to build a career in biotech, research, or life sciences.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree highly preferred. Biology related degree or classes helpful.
- 1-2 years of experience working within a logistical and/or production environment.
