About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Bioanalytical Chemist to support the analysis of protein and small molecule therapeutics in a laboratory setting. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on analytical experience who are comfortable working independently while maintaining high-quality standards in a regulated environment.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related scientific discipline (or equivalent relevant experience)
2–6 years of hands-on bioanalytical or analytical chemistry experience
Experience operating chromatographic and spectroscopic instrumentation
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a laboratory environment
Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without sponsorship

Nice To Haves

Experience with iCE (imaged capillary electrophoresis)
Familiarity with CEX (cation exchange chromatography) and similar separation techniques
Knowledge of compendial assays (USP/EP methods)

Responsibilities

Perform physical, chemical, and instrumental analysis of protein and small molecule therapeutics
Independently operate analytical instrumentation, including: RP-UPLC, RP-HPLC, UV spectroscopy
Prepare samples and standards for analytical testing with minimal supervision
Execute routine testing and ensure accurate documentation of results
Conduct monthly maintenance of laboratory instrumentation
Support general laboratory operations and organization
Adhere to cGMP guidelines and properly utilize LIMS systems
