Requirements

• High School Diploma, High School Certificate of Completion, or G.E.D
• 1 year inventory control experience
• Excellent guest service skills
• Ability to perform basic data entry
• Ability to complete forms and documents
• Ability to lift 40 lbs.
• Ability to communicate effectively in the English language
• Ability to maintain professionalism and composure
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
• Ability to accept constructive criticism
• Ability to appear for work on time
• Ability to stand, sit, bend and stoop for up to eight hours at a time
• Ability to communicate and interact effectively with guest and team members
• Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks and assignments

Responsibilities

• Prepares Bingo paper for Bingo games by stocking each floor clerk’s locker with paper, and by scanning each floor clerk’s issue in the presence of the individual.
• Scanning paper items will validate the paper for play.
• The Issue Clerk will prepare all paper before the start of each shift.
• Reconciles Bingo paper supply by receiving unsold bingo paper, and by scanning the items back into inventory in the operating system.
• The Floor clerks will return paper at designated times throughout their shift.
• The Bingo Supervisor and Bingo Issue clerk will complete an end of the month audit, alongside the independent auditor.
