About The Position
The Bingo Floor Clerk plays an essential guest-facing role in supporting live bingo sessions through the sale of bingo cards, specials, and other related items. As an entry-level position, the Bingo Floor Clerk is expected to engage with guests, process transactions accurately, verify winning cards, and help maintain a clean and organized environment on the bingo floor. This position requires strong attention to detail, a willingness to learn, and a positive, team-oriented attitude. Success in this role contributes directly to the pace and enjoyment of the guest experience during bingo sessions.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Able to obtain and maintain a Ute Mountain Ute Gaming Commission Bingo Support License (background checks may be required)
- Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must pass a drug test
- High school diploma or GED required
- Basic math skills required; ability to make change accurately
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Ability to stand or walk for 8+ hours during a shift
- Willingness to learn and take direction in a fast-paced team environment
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in customer service or retail is preferred
- Previous bingo or gaming floor experience is helpful but not required
