Requirements
- Have experience operating machinery in any industry (Manufacturing, warehouse, trades, etc)
- Are mechanically inclined and comfortable using basic tools.
- Can read basic job instructions and measurements (decimals, sizes, etc.)
- Take pride in doing quality work
- Show up reliably and work well with a team
Nice To Haves
- Press, bindery, or finishing experience
- Experience setting up or adjusting production equipment
Responsibilities
- Learn to operate and set up bindery equipment (Cutters, Folders, Stitchers, and Perfect Binders)
- Keep machines running smoothly by making adjustments and monitoring quality
- Work as part of a team to hit daily production goals
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Troubleshoot minor issues and keep production moving
- Follow safety procedures and help maintain a clean, organized workspace
