Requirements

• Mechanical aptitude and comfort operating production equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Dependable, punctual, and a team player who takes pride in finished work.

Nice To Haves

• Prior bindery or print-finishing experience is a plus, but not required — we'll train the right person.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain a range of finishing equipment, including automated booklet-making systems, cutters, folders, and coating equipment.
• Read job tickets and follow specs to produce accurate, high-quality finished pieces.
• Make adjustments and run quality checks throughout each run to catch issues early and minimize waste.
• Keep equipment clean, perform routine operator maintenance, and report mechanical problems promptly.
• Move and stage materials, load and unload stock, and keep your work area organized and safe.
• Communicate with production and prepress teammates to keep jobs on schedule.
