Bindery Operator Location: Plymouth, MI Compensation: $22-$30/hr DOE Full-Time, Permanent Position Are you an experienced production professional who enjoys working with print finishing equipment and takes pride in producing high-quality work? We are seeking a Bindery Operator to join our growing team in Plymouth, MI. Requirements

Previous commercial bindery experience preferred
Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work efficiently in a production environment
Dependable with a strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience with MBO Pile Feed Folders
Experience with MBO Continuous Feed Folders
Experience with Stahl Continuous Feed Folders
Experience with Muller Martini Saddle Stitchers
Experience with Polar Cutters
Experience with Heidelberg Cylinder Die Cutters

Responsibilities

Operate and maintain bindery and finishing equipment
Set up jobs according to production specifications
Ensure quality standards are met throughout the production process
Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs to keep equipment operating efficiently
Monitor workflow and production schedules to meet deadlines
Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality
Maintain a safe and organized work environment
