About The Position

Our services span commercial, direct mail, book manufacturing, financial, digital wide format, 3D printing, digital storefront implementation and management, branded apparel, and merchandising. We offer full-service solutions for our clients using the latest technology with the very best equipment. This role is responsible for providing assistance to our bindery team in a handwork capacity, such as folding and packing boxes.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Basic math skills and familiarity with measuring tools.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Time management skills to meet deadlines.
- Basic problem-solving abilities.
- Clear communication skills.
- Ability to maintain focus on repetitive tasks.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
- Prolonged periods of standing in a fast paced and occasionally high stress production company setting.
- Ability to work overtime during peak periods.
- Extensive lifting, reaching and bending actions.
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 30 pounds.
- Effective visual and hearing abilities, with or without aid, suitable for an office and production warehouse environment.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in assembly, packaging, or warehouse work preferred.
