About The Position
As a Bindery - Forklift Operator 2, you will train to operate a forklift in the bindery department. This role involves pushing, pulling, lifting, stacking, or moving in-process and finished products, maintaining accurate inventory, and reporting any discrepancies. You may also load or unload materials, perform safety checks on the forklift, and be responsible for inventory control, tracking, and reporting using a materials management system.
Requirements
- Demonstrated willingness to work required daily & weekend overtime as needed in a 3-shift operation
- Job requires ability to exert 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.

- Knowledge of bindery layout helpful
Responsibilities
- Train to operate a Forklift in the bindery department
- Push / Pull, lift stack or move in process products and finished products
- Maintain accurate inventory and report any discrepancies
- May load or unload materials onto or off of pallets, skids or lifting device.
- Perform safety checks on forklift
- Responsible for inventory control, tracking and reporting inventory utilizing a materials management system.
