About The Position
Revere Staffing Partners is hiring a Bindery Folding & Glue Operator for a growing manufacturing facility in Cleveland, OH. This is a direct placement opportunity offering long-term stability, strong pay, and growth potential. Schedule Training: 1st Shift (approximately 6 months) Permanent Schedule: 2nd Shift (after training completion) Full-time, Monday through Friday
Requirements
- Prior manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to read work orders and follow production instructions
- Reliable, team-oriented, and safety-focused
Nice To Haves
- Experience in bindery, folding, or gluing equipment is a plus
Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and maintain folding and gluing machinery
- Monitor production runs to ensure quality and efficiency
- Perform quality inspections on finished products
- Adjust machine settings as needed to meet production specs
- Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and report larger concerns
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
