The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented with strong mechanical aptitude and experience operating folding equipment. Requirements

Prior folding experience in a commercial print shop.
High School education or equivalent professional experience.
Ability to read a ruler.
Basic math skills.
Constant standing and/or walking.
Manual dexterity.
Frequently lift up to 25 lbs.
Occasionally lift up to 40 lbs.
Occasionally squat or kneel.
Occasionally bend.

Responsibilities

Operate finishing equipment including folders, saddle stitchers, letter-press, cutting systems, and small finishing equipment.
Set up jobs according to job specifications.
Maintain established production standards.
Interpret and follow direction from a work ticket.
Set up and operate a variety of equipment.
Work in a fast-paced production environment.
Work well with co-workers in a team environment.
Operate computer-based technology.
