About The Position

Rinvio is hiring a BIM/VDC Coordinator for a large hyperscale data center construction program in the Amarillo, TX region. This is an on-site contract role with an expected 50-hour/week schedule. The project involves supporting BIM/VDC coordination, model review, clash tracking, drawing and model updates, coordination meetings, and field support. The role requires daily coordination with field leadership, trade partners, engineers, QA/QC, safety, commissioning, and project controls. A key responsibility is to keep project documentation current, accurate, and useful for field execution and turnover, while tracking issues, constraints, changes, inspections, and closeout items through resolution. The position supports a high-urgency hyperscale data center build without exposing client or project-identifying details publicly.

Requirements

Hands-on BIM/VDC, model coordination, drawing review, clash tracking, or document control experience
Experience with tools such as Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, ACC, Bluebeam, or similar platforms is useful
Large commercial, industrial, mission critical, or data center construction experience
Able to work on site in the Amarillo, TX region on a 50-hour/week project schedule
Strong documentation habits
Safety awareness
Ability to coordinate across trades
