About The Position

Rinvio is hiring a BIM/VDC Coordinator for a large hyperscale data center construction program in the Amarillo, TX region. This is an on-site contract role with an expected 50-hour/week schedule. The project involves supporting BIM/VDC coordination, model review, clash tracking, drawing and model updates, coordination meetings, and field support for a large hyperscale data center build. The role requires daily coordination with various project teams and maintaining accurate project documentation for field execution and turnover. The candidate will track issues, constraints, changes, inspections, and closeout items through resolution, while supporting the project without publicly exposing client or project-identifying details.

Requirements

• Hands-on BIM/VDC, model coordination, drawing review, clash tracking, or document control experience
• Large commercial, industrial, mission critical, or data center construction experience
• Able to work on site in the Amarillo, TX region on a 50-hour/week project schedule
• Strong documentation habits, safety awareness, and ability to coordinate across trades

Nice To Haves

• Experience with tools such as Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, ACC, Bluebeam, or similar platforms is useful

Responsibilities

• Own or support BIM/VDC coordination, model review, clash tracking, drawing and model updates, coordination meetings, and field support.
• Coordinate daily with field leadership, trade partners, engineers, QA/QC, safety, commissioning, and project controls.
• Keep project documentation current, accurate, and useful for field execution and turnover.
• Track issues, constraints, changes, inspections, and closeout items through resolution.
• Support a high-urgency hyperscale data center build without exposing client or project-identifying details publicly.
