The primary responsibilities of this role are to recruit, develop, supervise and manage BIM personnel, and the associated processes and standards. This role involves delegating workload, mentoring and training BIM and Engineering personnel, coordinating with leadership, creating and reviewing project-specific BIM schedules, and collaborating with Construction Tech on new tools and process improvements. The BIM Supervisor will also participate in assessing and filling staff needs, support BIM supervision for other regional offices, and develop future BIM Team Leads and senior BIM staff. Additionally, they will create and manage BIM training documentation and programs, review and quality control team members' work, and ensure team performance with respect to engineering project principles. Understanding and applying software updates, improvements, new features, ACCO BIM standards, and revised workflows is crucial. Effective communication and fostering collaboration with colleagues and project team members are essential, as is managing time to meet project schedules, budgets, and deadlines. Other duties may be assigned by the Manager.
