Requirements

Strong understanding of construction and design processes within the AEC industry
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver in a fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Advanced proficiency in BIM tools and methodologies
Experience with BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, and Assemble
Familiarity with design tools including Rhino, Lumion, Twinmotion, V-Ray, AutoCAD, Unity, or Unreal Engine
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Nice To Haves

Working knowledge of Autodesk Revit API, Dynamo, and/or Grasshopper is a plus
experience with Adobe Creative Cloud is preferred

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver BIM training programs, mentor junior team members, and promote BIM adoption across the program
Ensure BIM models comply with program requirements, QA/QC standards, ISO 19650, and client-specific guidelines
Produce and oversee BIM progress reports, model audits, and lessons learned to drive continuous improvement
Serve as the primary BIM point of contact for clients, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders
Communicate BIM objectives, progress, and risks to project leadership
Lead BIM workshops, coordination meetings, and model review sessions
Manage and delegate BIM-related tasks while ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
Oversee clash detection, model federation, and coordination processes
Manage BIM deliverables across all project phases, including design, construction, and handover
Develop and maintain BIM standards, protocols, and execution plans
Support 4D (scheduling), 5D (cost), and 6D (facility management/asset) BIM workflows
Ensure digital asset data is structured for effective post-construction facility management
Establish best practices for modeling, coordination, and data exchange
Manage and maintain the Common Data Environment (CDE) to enable collaboration
Apply advanced BIM expertise to modeling, data management, analysis, and design optimization
Support development, testing, and implementation of design tools and interoperability workflows
Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and system integration for BIM-related platforms
