About The Position

Rinvio is hiring a BIM QC Technician for a large hyperscale data center construction program in the Wichita Falls, TX region. This is an on-site contract role with an expected 50-hour/week schedule. The role involves owning or supporting BIM model quality checks, drawing/model review, issue tracking, and field coordination support. The technician will coordinate daily with field leadership, trade partners, engineers, QA/QC, safety, commissioning, and project controls, and will be responsible for keeping project documentation current, accurate, and useful for field execution and turnover. The position requires tracking issues, constraints, changes, inspections, and closeout items through resolution, and supporting a high-urgency hyperscale data center build without exposing client or project-identifying details publicly.

Requirements

• Hands-on BIM/VDC, model coordination, drawing review, clash tracking, or document control experience
• Large commercial, industrial, mission critical, or data center construction experience
• Able to work on site in the Wichita Falls, TX region on a 50-hour/week project schedule
• Strong documentation habits, safety awareness, and ability to coordinate across trades

Nice To Haves

• Experience with tools such as Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, ACC, Bluebeam, or similar platforms is useful
