About The Position
Ponce-Fuess Engineering is looking for a BIM Project Manager to join our team! This role involves assisting structural engineering teams in developing structural design models, producing structural design drawings and details based on instructions, and mentoring others in structural modeling and design documentation standards.
Requirements
- Degree(s) in Civil / Structural Engineering or Architectural Engineering
- Professional Engineering Licensure
- 8-15+ years of recent related experience
- Experience with Revit, RAM products, RISA, ETABS
- A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in structural modeling and coordination in a design firm utilizing Autodesk Revit.
- An ability to produce design-level construction documents utilizing Revit.
- Fluency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Bluebeam, and Autodesk Forma.
- An ability to communicate effectively and to work well with others in a collaborative environment.
- A high attention to detail, quality, and accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Assist structural engineering teams in developing structural design models.

- Mentor and train others in structural modeling and design documentation standards and best practices.
