As a BIM Manager, you will be responsible for the development, management, and implementation of BIM standards, workflows, and best practices across the organization. You will oversee BIM-focused training, content development, and process integration while supporting cross-functional collaboration. In addition, this role will serve as a client-facing representative of WD's Digital Technology team, partnering with project teams and clients to align digital workflows, tools, and deliverables with project goals and expectations.

Location: We are open to hiring for remote work from any location in the US.

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM workflows
• Proficiency with Model Coordination, Navisworks, or similar coordination platforms
• Familiarity with automation tools (Dynamo, scripting) and emerging digital workflows

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or related field
• Experience in developing and implementing digital strategies, workflows, and completion of multiple fully-integrated projects
• Experience participating in client-facing meetings or supporting project pursuits
• Experience leading BIM standards, training programs, and digital initiatives
