This role contributes to customer satisfaction, retention, and solution optimization through expert consulting, content creation, and collaboration with internal teams. Consulting & Training Delivery: Deliver project-based support and tailored training to accelerate customer adoption and maximize satisfaction Design and implement consulting offerings aligned with project goals, leveraging customer data and analytics for measurable impact Lead strategic engagements and follow-up sessions using data-driven insights to improve performance and drive continuous improvement Post-Sales Technical Support: Resolve technical issues efficiently to ensure solution stability and customer confidence Apply advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis, using data to identify trends and prevent recurring issues Define and improve support frameworks, train others, and implement high-performance standards Content Creation & Knowledge Sharing: Produce high-quality documentation, articles, and videos to support customer enablement and strengthen brand positioning Use analytics to measure content relevance and impact, continuously improving knowledge-sharing frameworks Lead content strategy and implement data governance for global benchmarking Pre-Sales Engagement: Demonstrate solution value and technical expertise through product demos and customer meetings, supporting revenue growth Build tailored presentations and support opportunity qualification using best practices and data-driven insights Define pre-sales methodologies and integrate predictive analytics to improve win rates Continuous Learning & Certifications: Maintain and develop certifications to ensure technical credibility and competitive advantage Apply new learning in projects, using data to measure impact and identify skill gaps Contribute to training strategy and mentor peers, embedding a data-driven approach to talent development Communication: Communicate clearly and persuasively with customers and internal teams to ensure alignment and trust Adapt communication style to different audiences, using data insights to influence decisions and achieve project goals Mentor others on effective communication and shape communication strategies across regions Collaboration: Foster teamwork and accelerate delivery through knowledge sharing and effective coordination Lead cross-functional initiatives, manage conflicts constructively, and promote a collaborative culture Define frameworks to improve team dynamics and measurable collaboration KPIs across the organization Business Acumen: Align technical decisions with business priorities to support profitability and strategic growth Lead initiatives that improve operational efficiency and contribute to overall business strategy Mentor teams in developing business acumen and integrate predictive analytics into consulting strategies Time & Project Management: Ensure efficient execution, optimal resource utilization, and customer satisfaction by meeting deadlines and maintaining profitability Lead planning and resource allocation using data to optimize time and reduce bottlenecks Define enterprise-level time management frameworks and support teams in strategic transformation AI Enablement: Support customers and teams in leveraging AI to improve efficiency and innovation, including AI features in Graitec products Integrate AI-driven insights into solution design and technical delivery, measuring adoption and impact globally Drive AI adoption, mentor teams, and define standards for AI-enabled implementations
