We’re looking for a BIM Coordinator to support Revit-based modeling, documentation, and coordination efforts across mission critical projects. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who has a strong foundation in Revit and is looking to grow within a design-focused BIM environment. You’ll work closely with engineering teams to build, maintain, and coordinate models across multiple disciplines, supporting project delivery from early design through construction. This is a hands-on production role with strong exposure to multi-discipline coordination, BIM standards, and real-world project workflows.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in BIM, CAD, or related modeling roles
  • Hands-on experience with Autodesk Revit
  • Exposure to MEP modeling and multi-discipline coordination
  • Experience working in collaborative model environments with linked models
  • Familiarity with construction drawings and design documentation
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication skills working within team environments

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
  • Exposure to Navisworks or clash detection workflows
  • Experience working on large-scale or mission critical projects (data centers a plus)
  • Background in consulting engineering or design environments
  • Revit certification or formal training preferred

Responsibilities

  • Support development of Revit models and drawing sets for mission critical projects
  • Work within collaborative model environments, including linked models across disciplines
  • Partner with MEP design teams to support modeling and coordination efforts
  • Assist with model coordination and basic clash detection workflows
  • Maintain model organization, standards, and overall model health
  • Apply BIM execution plans, client standards, and internal workflows
  • Assist in setting up views, sheets, and model elements to align with project requirements
  • Utilize Autodesk Revit and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) on a daily basis
  • Support documentation efforts and exposure to construction documents and specifications
  • Communicate with internal teams to resolve coordination issues and meet deadlines
