We are seeking a detail-oriented Facility Management IWMS Operator to support the operation and ongoing management of our Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS). This role is responsible for maintaining accurate facility and space data, supporting system administration, and providing reporting and analytical insights to facility management teams. The ideal candidate will have experience working with facility management platforms, strong data management skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate space, asset, and maintenance information. This position plays an important role in supporting data-driven facility planning and operational decision-making.

Requirements

  • Experience working with IWMS platforms such as Tririga, Archibus, FMX , or similar systems
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
  • Basic proficiency in AutoCAD for reviewing and updating facility floor plans
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage and maintain accurate data

Nice To Haves

  • Basic proficiency with Revit
  • Familiarity with IFMA or BOMA facility management standards
  • Experience working in facility management, workplace operations, or a related field
  • Knowledge of database management, reporting tools, or facility analytics platforms

Responsibilities

  • IWMS System Administration & Data Management Operate and maintain the Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS), ensuring data accuracy and system integrity
  • Manage and maintain facility data including space records, asset inventories, and maintenance information
  • Update and maintain floor plans and associated space data for publishing within the IWMS platform
  • Monitor system data quality and ensure adherence to internal data governance standards
  • Reporting & Data Analysis Generate reports and dashboards to support facility management planning and operational decisions
  • Perform data validation and analysis to identify trends, inconsistencies, and improvement opportunities
  • Assist teams in utilizing system data for space planning, asset tracking, and operational reporting
  • Collaboration & User Support Provide technical support and guidance to facility management teams utilizing the IWMS platform
  • Assist with user onboarding and training on system functionality and workflows
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify system improvements and resolve operational issues
