About The Position
CloudKitchens is seeking a BIM Associate I for a fully remote position. This role will support the design and modeling of architectural and engineering projects. The responsibilities include creating Onboarding permit drawings, working with Revit models, and assisting in schematic and tender design tasks. Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field (Professional degree preferred).
- Hands-on experience with Revit (modeling, families, point cloud conversion).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
- Experience in BIM workflows, particularly in architecture or engineering projects.
- Knowledge of building information modeling standards and best practices.
- Familiarity with construction documentation and design coordination.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage Onboarding permit drawings (light, permit, enterprise).
- Assist with schematic design and tender package creation.
- Convert point clouds into Revit models and support with sales plans.
- Model Revit families and assist in basic building systems coordination.
- Produce graphic materials and presentations to communicate design concepts.
- Provide testfit design support as needed.
