Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
At least 2 years of experience in medical collections
Strong customer service and communication skills
Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Nice To Haves

Strong experience in medical billing, accounts receivable, or healthcare billing
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information

Responsibilities

Review and reconcile accounts receivable and order entry issues to ensure accurate billing and timely payments
Investigate and resolve complex billing discrepancies, contracts, and pricing issues
Work closely with cross-functional teams (Finance, Contracts, Customer Support, etc.) to resolve cases
Communicate professionally with internal teams and external partners
Analyze contract terms, pricing structures, and purchase orders to ensure compliance
Make independent decisions to resolve billing exceptions and support efficient operations
