About The Position

PSC Group, formerly known as Petroleum Service Corporation, is seeking a Billing Specialist to join their team. This role is responsible for preparing and issuing customer invoices, verifying billing accuracy, recording transactions, and maintaining billing files. The Billing Specialist will also communicate with customers regarding billing inquiries and payment status, assist with reconciliations and reporting, and ensure compliance with company standards. This position offers a Monday-Friday work schedule with occasional weekend and travel requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and issues customer invoices based on service records or contracts
• Verifies accuracy of billing data, rates, and supporting documentation
• Records billing transactions and maintains up-to-date billing files
• Communicates with customers regarding billing questions and payment status
• Assists with reconciliations and reporting as needed
• Supports the billing department in maintaining compliance with company standards
• Completes any other duties that may be assigned to complete the job
