About The Position
Therapy Source, a national provider of school-based special education staffing and related services, is seeking a motivated Billing Specialist for a full-time, hybrid position in Plymouth Meeting, PA (two days in the office and three days working from home). The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to work independently and consistently meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- At least one year of customer service experience
Nice To Haves
- Prior billing experience a plus
Responsibilities
- Approve provider billing in accordance with client contract requirements and assignment guidelines
- Collaborate with internal teams to support efficient and accurate billing operations
- Communicate with providers via phone and email to address billing questions and provide clear, supportive guidance
- Prepare invoices for assigned clients and assist team members to ensure timely invoice submission
- Process external billing through third-party billing systems, including data entry and corrections as assigned
